The Blekungen/Pleikongi and Flatu daymarks are situated close the the Isokari shipping lane. I visited them in July 2017.
Paddling to Isokari/Enskär from the Katanpää direction quite naturally takes you via the Blekungen and Flatu daymarks. They have an almost identical construction and were both built in 1857 after the Crimean war was over. Despite being only 5 meters high they are quite visible.
