More snow

Another two inches of snow came during the night, which made the trail conditions challenging again, even with the Pugsley.

Unrideable.

What are these called in English? In Finnish and Swedish they are named the equivalent of "willow cat". They are supposed to be a sign of spring, but this seems a little early. The sun has been visible very little lately and it has mainly been fairly cold outside.

  1. I think they are called Willow catkins.

I have notised this allso. It has been the same for at least 2-3 years in a row. 2 years ago I thougt it was because of warm winters. Not the case for the last two winters tough.

  3. This winter is truly incredible. We have now almost as much snow as in March last year and this is just the very beginning of January! I'm going to try some snow riding in the coming week.
